Position Summary: Whistleblowing is an efficient way to combat unethical behaviour. The WhistleB whistleblowing system is part of NAVEX, a world leading provider of compliance solutions and used by companies in more than 150 countries around the world. What You Will Do:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing WhistleB customers
  • Identify and meet customer needs, offering best solutions
  • Assist customers with agreement amendments
  • Process change requests as needed
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer objectives are met, including customer input communications to product development
  • Assist with special projects and other departmental responsibilities as assigned
  • Capture your consistent activity of rep to customer contact and other key information within Salesforce.com on a daily basis
What You Will Need:
  • A passion for customer satisfaction
  • 2+ years’ experience with customer account management. You will be an expert on the WhistleB tool
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Result orientation, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent language skills in Finnish and English, both written and oral. Your customers will be lawyers and other professionals with high requirements for a correct language. Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage
  • Technical ability to be proficient with Microsoft Office products; Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively and under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate and create strong partnerships with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
